Tip 2: Eat variety of foods- A big mistake most people do is limit themselves to just certain foods. It really is a tough way to lose weight. Why? Because most people can't keep up with that kind of diet. Try to mix things up as much as possible, but still eat healthy.

Tip #3: Find your problem areas- Everyone has a weakness. Some people have a chocolate problem. Some people have an ice cream problem. Some people have a different kind of problem. These problems are often the reason you gain weight rather then lose it. So find out what your weakness is and then try to control it.

Tip 4: Watch your portions- Most people put on allot of weight because they don't watch how much they eat. In most cases a smaller main meal is better then a large one. You can always eat a healthy snack later and many would say that you should. Maybe, the most important thing for you to watch out for is eating seconds and thirds. Take only one serving then stop.

Tip #5: Stop the excuses- When your trying to lose weight you have stop the excuses. I don't have time to exercise isn't good enough. I don't have enough time to cook a good meal isn't good enough. But it sure is easy to tell yourself those things. The end result is no lose of weight.

Conclusion- Despite what you may have been told losing weight is hardly rocket science. You just need to stop your bad eating habits, start eating healthier, and getting more exercise. In time you can lose weight without any fancy diet plan at all.
