You start aging from the minute you are born, your body endures many changes during it's early development towards full adulthood. This can be achieved by where possible preventing accidental damage, abuse such as drinking or taking drugs to excess and also smoking. Your health can be improved by increased levels of exercise, healthy eating adopting a positive outlook on life and hanging aound with positive people.
