Ardiente – Fun to be a Senior Citizen!

Ardiente, the age-qualified neighborhood by Centex Homes in North Las Vegas has very satisfied residents indeed. Many are charmed by the layout and convenience but all are very pleased with the care and service provided by the builders. All complaints are attended to promptly and it is obvious that publicity will grow by word of mouth more than any other way. The builders provide a two year home warranty and a 10 year major defect warranty which is indeed reassuring.

Ardiente offers 788 homes priced from $286,500 onwards and they are available in eight floor plans of differing sizes. Buyers can choose from three exterior elevations. At the entry to the neighborhood is a guard house and a second guard will patrol the neighborhood. Many homes are ready for a move-in. Construction is on at full swing on a 13,000-square-foot clubhouse, which is in the process of being furnished and landscaped. It will be at the center of leisure activities at this active adult community. It will include a bocce court, tennis courts, two swimming pools, a spa, and putting and chipping greens. A series of parks will dot the neighborhood and connect to a walking path and exercise stations.

The Granada model has proved to be popular with people who are looking for a smaller but more convenient homes particularly without too many stairs.This1400 square foot home has two bedrooms, two baths, a den, breakfast nook, great room and patio. Some homes with the Granada layout have a gated entry and a sunroom instead of a patio. This room with its expanse of windows is lovely for those who want to enjoy the feeling of being out of doors without actually being in the sun.

Barcelona is the smallest floor plan being just over 1,200 square feet with two bedrooms, two baths, a great room, a den, a front porch and a rear patio. Cordova, at almost 1,600 square-feet boasts of a separate dining room in addition to all that Barcelona has to offer.

Valencia is perfect if one expects family or friends to stay over. This 1,800 square foot home has three bedrooms, though there is the option of using one of them as an office. Two baths, a den, a great room, a breakfast nook and an island kitchen complete this spacious two story home. Torino is about the same size, but with a layout that is wonderful for entertaining guests. In addition to two bedrooms, two baths, a den and a kitchen with an island, there is a dining room leading from it that flows into great room and breakfast nook.

Palermo is the largest plan available, at almost two thousand square feet. It has three bedrooms or two bedrooms and a den, two baths, and an entertainment area encompassing the kitchen, breakfast nook and great room. The home also has an octagonal entry off a courtyard, where an optional fireplace and a studio or optional guest suite are offered. It is obvious that Ardiente will be very popular with seniors of all tastes.
