That means when you get to the gym you should already know which leg, back, and chest exercises you intend to do. You need to know how many sets, how many reps, and how much weight. With proper planning you can achieve a powerfully effective workout in around 45 minutes and you will be on your way to losing that belly fat once and for all.

Make sure you do a little research and give your body the energy it needs for your workouts. Eating a proper diet is key to not only losing the belly fat, but also keeping it off for good.
