Creating Video from Images

When you have a need to create video from images, Blaze Media Pro provides an interface with options that makes video file conversion a snap!

Before you select the files you want Blaze Media Pro use to create video from images, you can specify your output options include resolution and color depth. You can also enable dithering.

The process to create video from images begins when you click the Construct Video button to open the Video Constructor window. Click the Add Files(s) to List button to browse your system for files you want to use to create video from images. Once all the files you want to combine display in the list you can edit the order of the files by selecting a file and by selecting a navigation button such as Move Up or Move Down located at the top of the window. You can also select these navigation options from the Edit menu as well as the Select All and Deselect All options. Options to reorder the files in the list alphabetically or by date are also available on the Edit menu.

When you use Blaze Media Pro to create video from images you can select from a variety of formats in which to save the output file, including AVI, MPG, FLC, and TIF. The system defaults to a frame rate of 15. You can accept the default or select 24, 25, 30, or 60 from the Frame Rate drop-down list.

You are now ready to have Blaze Media Pro create video from images that display in the Video Constructor window. Click the Create Video button located at the top of the window, or select Create Video from the File menu. You can also press Ctrl+C on your keyboard to create video from images.

You can monitor the progress as Blaze Media Pro works to create video from images by viewing the progress indicator that displays at the bottom of the window. When the process is complete, you can view your new video by simply accessing the file from the location you specified. You can make changes to the file by using the Edit Video option.
