Earlier printed signs were used so as to advertise one’s products, services or some important information. But these printed signs have now been replaced by digital techniques. Digital signage or digital advertisements are like out-of-home ads which provide necessary message and content so that people can see them on digital screen or electronic screens. The most striking part of this digital signage is that they can easily be converted into physical signs and that too without any modifications. The main aim of digital signage is to provide the function of delivering specific messages or information to people at some targeted locations and at particular times.

Other benefit of using digital signage is that when we use digital signs, the cost involved in printing signs gets eliminated and there is no point of wastage if the printed signs cannot be properly distributed. It is true that the cost involved in designing and implementing these digital signage is comparatively high than in printed signs but one should not compromise on quality while advertising their products, services or some crucial information.
