Why didn't a charge come up for my overnight order?
Your order total is larger than $250.00. In this case, we pack the order and give you the actual cost for overnight. A Plum Party representative will call you with the cost, and you can then approve it. If you do not approve, you can change your shipping method.Yes, on selected titles we have English and Spanish. Other languages available on large volumn orders of 200 or more.
If I place my order express, will it go out the same day?
All express orders will ship out the same day if ordered before 12:00 PM EST. Otherwise, your order will ship the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends, this is determined by carriers. To calculate the arrival time of your package, please do not count the day the package ships.We do not currently offer a printed catalog. Our website offers an online catalog and it is updated regularly. Our shopping cart will allow you to place catalog type orders in which you send your payment by mail or fax. Simply add the products you want to purchase into the shopping cart, and choose a shipping method. Once you are done reviewing your order summary, click the "Go to Checkout" button and you will be presented with our various payment options.No we do not. Most of our customers are not home during the day so we ship without a signature requirement. We also ship Fed Ex Home Delivery. This means packages are usually delivered after 4:00 PM. Plum Party emails customers with their Fed Ex tracking number.
Do you have a catalogue?
The designs for children's party supplies change so frequently, with new ones being added and old ones discontinued, that it would be difficult and expensive to keep a listing up-to-date and current. For that reason, we don't offer a printed catalogue. We try to include pictures of each item online whenever possible, and if at any time you have questions about a product, please let us know.
What happens when I place an order then?
The online order form that you'll find on each of the party theme pages is a very basic online form. It comes directly to us, and doesn't go to anyone else. All of the information that has been sent - the items that have been selected, the shipping address, the party date, the shipping method, and whether payment has been included - is checked over.Payments are accepted by PayPal,Check,Money Order,Major credit cards including Government I.M.P.A.C.T. and Japanese Bank transfer.Add $15 for Premium - 2 days (business days)*Add $20 for Overnight (on orders up to $200) - 1 day (business days)*|** Orders $500.00 or higher may have additional shipping fees. A customer service representative will contact you with any additional charges. No order will ship without your approval.
How does that work?
Because we're a Canadian company, we have to do business in Canadian dollars. When your transaction goes to our bank, it then gets sent to your bank, which in turn converts it to US dollars. When you receive your credit card statement, it should show the Canadian amount, the exchange rate at the time it went through your bank, and the US amount charged on your account.All orders sent via standard shipping will be received with 7 to 10 business days. Plum Party orders ship within 48 hours from the day the order is placed. We cannot make any changes to the order within this period unless an item is on backorder. If you need the items for a specific date which falls within 7 to 10 business days, please choose 4-day express shipping. This will ensure that your order is received on time.Your order total is larger than $250.00.
What if something I order is out of stock?
We try very hard not to let that happen, but sometimes we sell out of something quicker than our suppliers can ship more to us. That's especially true with a new release. If you've ordered an item that's out of stock, we'll let you know right away. If it's something that we currently have on order or can order for you, we'll check to be sure that it's available, and that it will be here in time to ship for your party (there are no additional shipping charges on backordered items).A set of MLP party supplies is being sold in stores as of Spring 2004 (available in most stores) featuring the 2003-present ponies. Rainbow Dash, Sparkleworks, Sunny Daze, and Pinkie Pie are featured on paper plates (dinner and dessert size), napkins, plastic tablecloth, hot/cold cups, plastic cups, invitations/thanks-you's, hats, blow-outs, loot bags, and prizes (stickers and bracelets).
