As a customer service representative, you decide how many hours you want to work for a company per week. This helps you to enjoy flexiblity in your work schedule without the incoveniences of traveling to an office.

Furthermore, you get stable income as the amount of hours you work for your company will be fixed. In this manner, you are able to plan for your finance needs more easily since your wages is fixed and reliable.
