Body fat weight loss can only occur when the energy output is more than the energy input, in simple terms your food intake must be less than your energy you use during the day. The rate of which you burn energy must be more than the food you take in.

Body fat weight loss is not about starving yourself of food but rather about creating healthy eating habits. You must work with your body and not against it to avoid health issues later in life. There are a number of ways that you can do this just remember to do it naturally.

Drinking lots of water assists your body in detoxifying your body and getting rid of free radicals that help your body hold onto fat cells. Drinking tea, coffee and gas cold drinks is not filling your body with water; caffeinated drinks such as these act as a diuretic and expel water from your body. You are in fact causing your body to dehydrate, and most of the time you read the signals your body gives you that it needs water as being hungry.

Lessening your calorie intake and speeding up your metabolism achieves body fat loss. Eating more healthy energy providing foods often speeds up your metabolism. Having five small healthy portions of food is more beneficial than starving your body of food or eating three meals a day.

To keep your body at optimal performance you need fibre and vitamins. This is found in vegetables which contain no calories and have fiber that eliminate waste products from your body.

Snacking on fruit which contain nutrients and fiber is by far healthier than snacking on high energy foods.

A mistake that many dieters make is not eating any breakfast in the morning. Eating breakfast at least half an hour after waking gets your metabolism started. Eating small portions of healthy foods every two hours thereafter such as yogurt, fruit, whole-wheat sandwich keeps your metabolism running at optimal speed. This should be done every two hours until the evening meal. The evening meal should be light and consists of protein and vegetables. All pasta's and starches must not be eaten after one o clock and should not be part of your evening meal. So if you want to eat pasta, eat it as a lunch or even mid-morning snack.

One thing that should not be excluded from your diet is fat. It is an important energy source and assists in muscular workouts. To effectively losse weight you need to build muscle and excercise regularly. The more muscle you have the faster you will burn fat. Fish that contains omega-3 should be eaten as this is important for a more healthy body.

Exercising starts changing your body and makes it a better fat burning machine. Body fat weight loss without exercise will make you lose bone mass and muscle. This is not your aim, combing exercise and a weight loss program is the ideal way to gain the body you want. You should exercise at least three times a week and should last for half an hour.
