The Villa Amanecer in Baja California is at the highest point in The Pedregal gated community. You have stunning views of the Sea Of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean as well as a view of almost all of Cabo San Lucas.

This villa on the Baja peninsula is very close to downtown Cabo San Lucas. So if you aim on taking a trip into the area to take part in some of the Cabo nightlife you wont have far to walk.

Your villa bedrooms

This Baja villa effortlessly sleeps 8 adults.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed. The next bedroom has a twin bed and a rollaway.

The 3rd bedroom which is detached by the swimming pool comes with a king bed that can be turned into two twins. And the 4th bedroom which is also detached by the swimming pool has two twins.

If you’re going to share the Villa Amenecer with some of your friends then you’ll have to make arrangements before you leave on who gets which bedroom. You won’t want any altercations ruining your vacation to Cabo San Lucas.

Other rooms

You’ll appreciate the luxury of a large living area downstairs in the Villa Amanecer in Cabo San Lucas. Off of this area you have your fully functional kitchen. If you don't feel like cooking you have a chef available to do it for you on request. He can dish you up a tasty dinner while you are soaking up the sun.

There are two separate areas to lounge in. One area has satellite TV fitted just in case anyone starts longing for their best loved shows. You also have a dining room to enjoy your freshly cooked meals.

Outside your villa

Picture yourself in or around your own private pool with no one else spoiling your vacation by making a noise near you like when you stay at a large beach resort. You get the entire pool to yourself in peace and quiet

If you want something to eat you can effortlessly dish up a spot of lunch on the provided BBQ, or you can create something more adventurous with a few steaks. With quite a number villas on the Pedregal hills you’re bound to get hungry with the smell of another holiday makers BBQ, and it will definitely make you hungry.

Downtown Cabo

You're within walking distance of downtown Cabo San Lucas, but most people who spend their vacation at the Pedregal favor a car rental. Cabs can become expensive if you drive out a lot, plus you get the extra freedom with a Cabo car rental if you’re taking trips out along the Los Cabos coast.

Downtown Cabo San Lucas is where you‘ll experience the lively night life. You get the choice of bars like the Giggling Marlin and Cabo Wabo. You also get the restaurants to dine in if you feel like eating out.

Your Cabo vacation

You can’t fail to enjoy your stay at the Villa Amanecer in Baja California. You’ll enjoy the luxury of peace and quite as well as the stunning views of both the Sea Of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean. You’re also right next door to the Cabo nightlife where you can enjoy nights out in the nightclubs, restaurants and Tequila bars.
