Remedy #3 – Meditation – Meditation is a wonderful way to treat many ailments, heartburn being one of them. Heartburn is often caused by stress, and meditation will help reduce your stress levels and in turn alleviate your heartburn. You may find that your heartburn problem begins to subside once you start meditating every day.

Of all the heartburn remedies available today, these are just a few you can try. Admittedly not all these remedies will work for everyone, but in time you may find one that works for you.
