The rates of the calls may vary depending upon the distance between the calling and the called party and the brand that is providing the service. Two different companies can charge different amounts for the same communication. Thus you must research well before going for a card and once you find something that suits you, try to stick to it. These calling cards companies also provide special offers to their regular customers during festival season, especially around the Christmas and New Year.
Now a day many companies are providing international cards with smart phones. The biggest advantage of using a smart phone is that you do not have to dial the pin before making a new call every time to the same user. The principle behind this is known as recognition service and phone numbers are recognized by the system every time the user makes a call. Thus you must have understood how futuristic these international cards are and if you are someone who makes frequent foreign trips, then an international card is a must for you.
