What is your return policy?
A return form is enclosed in each shipment (on the reverse side of your packing slip). To insure proper credit, fill out the form, and enclose it with the items being returned after you have received a return authorization number from Customer Service. All merchandise must be returned PREPAID within 15 days of purchase. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges. When will I get my order?
You will receive in-stock items approximately 5 to 7 business days after placing your order. Custom imprinted production times vary depending on the product. Please see the item description for more detailed information, check our shipping schedule, or e-mail us at Customer Service.When you order either latex or mylar balloons, you will receive them uninflated. As much as we would like to send you the balloons already filled with air, doing so would only result in burst balloons at your doorstep. Do they make Buffy birthday party supplies?
I have not seen any party supplies with a Buffy theme. If anyone finds paper plates, cups, table cloths, etc. with a Buffy theme, please email me at Because we're a Canadian company, we have to do business in Canadian dollars. What if something I order is out of stock?
We try very hard not to let that happen, but sometimes we sell out of something quicker than our suppliers can ship more to us. That's especially true with a new release.
