Professional Sporting Teams of Los Angeles

Los Angeles, the city of angels is a delight for all sports lovers. All the sport lovers really crave to watch its local professional teams displaying their skills in nerve wrecking games. Be it football, baseball, basketball, soccer or hockey, sport lovers of every stream, age and taste have something specific to their interests.

LA Lakers is by far the most famous of Los Angeles sports teams in the world. The yellow-and-purple team spells victory by its very presence. The fact that they have won National Basketball Association's highest honor year after year is ample evidence of its success. Watching the Lakers on the floor is a treat to the senses, and certainly not something you can miss when in Los Angeles. You will see some great basketball action.

If you want more basketball action, check out the Los Angeles Sparks, the Women's National Basketball Association team of LA. The talented women of the Sparks challenge other WNBA teams across the country, ensuring a great night of sporting.

The Los Angeles Clippers is the other hometown team for the National Basketball Association. During basketball season, your entire family can enjoy the hot basketball action in the city of angels. The excitement of a Clippers game will remain an unforgettable experience for you.

Summer sports in Los Angeles are synonymous with Los Angeles Dodgers. They raise ball park's temperature in an already hot summer night with their classical game. This team takes on NHL teams from all over the country and heat up the ice as they move on their skates bashing their opponents. So, catch the action with the family; they organize special events for families or children. The Kings even hand out special giveaways for the younger hockey crowd.

Finally, the Arena Football League's Los Angeles Avengers is your best bet for all your pigskin action. This new league has already brought in a phenomenal fan base.
