Starting out with creatine (Part 1)

By: Mick Hart

Should you be a bodybuilding novice or a teenager then you MUST read this article which will help you make a decision this will no doubtedly change the rest of your life. One of my opening questions would be, Are you too young? Check out some of the e-mails I have received from CHILDREN regarding Cycles.

"Is 16 too young to begin my first AS cycle? My friend advised me to start off with sus, nandrolone and dianabol. He also suggested anadrol although it is expensive. What kind of cycle would you advise and how should it be administered?" "I have decided to start taking steroids. I know I am a young 17 year old, but consider myself to have reached my genetic potential. My goal is to increase muscle size and lose some bodyfat but without getting too massive."

I think the time has come for me to start with a Naposim cycle, so could you tell me how to structure it and if there is anything else that complements it well. I would rather stick to oral applications as I still live with my parents, who wouldnt approve of injectables. Could you also inform me about possible secondery effects such as aggresive behaviour and acne as I wouldnt like my friends at school to notice.

Although these are just a couple of examples, there are many more and the norm is that they have already made the decision to start taking steroids. It is just a desperate search for other young people that agree with them, which gives them the confidence to start. I have given countless advice to these CHILDREN, but Im afraid it normally falls on deaf ears.

Should you either be a bodybuilding novice or of young age, I would say PLEASE read this before arriving at an extremley important decision in your life. I just hope that this article reaches someone in this position, so that they can make an informed decision and I for one would be a very happy man.

It is pretty much common knowledge nowadays that most serious athletes and bodybuilders use steroids and other performance enhancing drugs to help them achieve their goals. They do work but also have very serious side effects if taken incorrectly, especially at a young age. Since the 80's drugs have been exposed much more by the media and the arrival of the internet has opened new doors for people to get the information that they need.

Some of that information is good but the majority is bullshit. Sadly youngster's are now able to access this information and are being much too impatient in the persuit of their goals. I have heard of people as young as 13 taking gear and have witnessed people as young as 15 actually handing out cycle advice over the internet. At that age the only cycle I was interested in was my BMX!

"As teenagers, boys naturally have high testosterone levels anyway, hence we see growth spurts at that age in males." "Taking exogenous anabolic steroids and other hormones at an early age can play absolute havoc in the body during this crucial time of development." (Dont miss part 2)
