Alpha-Lipoic Acid a powerful antioxidant, hundreds of times more potent that either vitamin C or E, alpha-lipoic acid may turn out to be a super boost for aging skin. Vitamin-K is a good additional defense against discoloration under the eyes. Take vitamins C and E in the long term reduced their sunburns from exposure to UVB radiation. Selenium helps protect skin from sun damage.
