Weight Loss Winners Look At What's Really Going On.

As human beings, we tend to think and act inwardly. That is, we approach the world and our actions based on our own rationalizations and thoughts. It's just how we were brought up instinctively, it's not our fault.

So give this a try: Do what you doing now but now imagine yourself getting out of your body and standing a few feet away and looking back at yourself. How does it feel ,do you look like you thought you did are you over weight or looking really great?

Did it make you think? If you didn't try it do it now close your eyes if it makes it easier. This is not a wacky idea but a technique used by great athletes, sportsmen and women and even business people.

It really works if you try it...

Now take this same technique and apply it to eating. It will keep you focused on how much you actually eat and why you are eating (are you really hungry?) and to focus on your weight. I am confident using this techique you'll find it hard to eat unless your feeling hungry.

You see what happens is when we see others doing things wrongly (things we might also be doing but we ignore when we do them) we tend to judge them. But we find it easy to just laugh it off our own miss givings.

How often have you walked through a mall picking out faults in people in front of you. She's got a big butt and those pants make her look terrible or she needs to lose weight. Sound like familiar thoughts?

Chances are other people are doing the very same thing to you, especially if you've put on a few extra pounds or wear inappropriate clothes for your body shape and size .

This might shock you the reason most people dress wrongly or put on excess weight is they don't even know what they look like.But even if they were told they would not acknowledge the problem.

I have a good friend who helps people style themselves and she told me that women just don't realise how they really look. Some who are think they are fat aren't and there are others who just refuse to see it. If you get the chance to look in a 360 degree mirror and see the real you it will open your eyes to reality and probably shock you.

No matter how we look we don't tend to judge ourselves, we just rationalize.

But by doing this out of body visualization technique, you will end up seeing yourself just like those other people you pass judgement on, and you'll be more careful of your own actions in the future.

GIVE IT A GO, It will help your self awareness you'll dress better and lose weight quicker its a technique used by weight loss winners.
