I think everyone would like to make money at home in a business of their own.

I think everybody would like to avoid the hassles of a boss, commute and every other stress that comes with having a job by starting a home business Internet marketing opportunity. But with that said, you might think you will lose your job security if you quit your job.

You have to wonder if there is really any job security?

If you think your job is secure, then think again. My Dad had logged 25 productive years with the same company only to get pushed out the door. This to make way for a less experienced newcomer willing to work for half the pay and work twice as much. Really a ruthless move by his company, but I figure they were thinking they could save money by paying less and not having to potentially pay for any benefits on health care. They give you that false security and then one day your out the door for good.

What a crappy situation to have to deal with. All the stress of job interviews and getting passed over because he's 55. No one wants to take on an employee reaching retirement age. That whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. No way was I ever going to be in that position. I decided right there that I was going to be the captain of my own ship. No one was going to just decide if I had a job or not.

After doing my own searching I've found those that have real security make money online at home in their own web business. They were also able to build there long term financial wealth in their spare time.

If this is something you want also, you can be like the many others who have successfully built a business of their own.

But of course the mortgage, car, kid's school and everything else needs to be paid month after month. Leaving a job and starting an online business to make money at home can be too risky for the majority of people.

Well the good news is that because of the Internet you can make money at home one step at a time.

Also a great reality of the world wide web is the opportunity to be successful. The Internet has really eliminated any limitations because anyone that can connect online can run a business. forget where you live or when you can work on your business because it no longer matters.

An online business has many benefits that your traditional job doesn't. The one I like is the ability to make money at home and do it when I have the time to work. Especially when you are starting out and you haven't yet quit your job.

A warning though. You are going to learn how to be your own boss. What? Everyone is always talking about being their own boss like it's a dream come true.

Don't get me wrong, self employment online is a great way to make money at home. There are skills that need to be developed and it would be probably the best situation to to develop them while you are still working. You don't need to rush into this and risk your finances. Start out slowly and learn how to work on your own would be my advice.

Just remember you're most likely not going to make lots of money up front. I think a lot of people buy into the lotto mentality. They start a business and expect with a little work to strike it rich and live the good life forever. I'm sorry to say that it ain't going to happen. It takes work, learning, failing, adjusting and persistence. That's why you should stick with what's giving you your paycheck and keep building your business until you can finally quit and continue to make money at home in your business.

It's easy for me to say, but how are you going to do this when you currently have no time to begin with. My thought on this is you better set aside some time.

What do you want to be doing and where do you want to be in 2,4 or 10 years from now? Believe me if you keep doing the same things you will be in the same situation forever. Change it now with some action. Go ahead and write down all you do and how long you spend on each thing you do. Keep track of this for 4 days. I bet when you analyze your results you'll find that you could give up something to start an online business and make money online. All you have to do is give up some TV time and you could easily free up the needed time to start.

Go for it. There's nothing stopping you from making money at home except your own excuses and limitations. You really can have the financial security you've always dreamed of by following these suggestions.
