Do you ship to countries outside the United States?
Yes, we currently ship to most countries around the world. However, due to customs issues, we don't ship to Venezuela, Guatemala, and countries in Africa. See our shipping page for more information.Similar to the Universal Express program, Halloween Horror Nights Express Pass allows you to skip the regular lines to the haunted houses and select attractions. Halloween Horror Night Express passes are limited and are sold on a first come first served basis.
Which payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. If you'd like to pay by check or money order, please mail your order form and payment to Costume Express, 11220 120th Ave NE, Kirkland, WA 98033. We don't accept CODs.I don't know if one must be "qualified" to be an artist, as everyone should be free to express themselves creatively. However, for this project I suppose it helps that I am a lifelong fan of Halloween, ghosts, witches, skeletons, vampires, etc. I was also blessed with a strong creative streak and a vivid imagination. Fortunately a lot of people are entertained by my nightmarish visions and that's why I've enjoyed such success with my work.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. We ship to U.S. military addresses worldwide via Priority Mail from the United States Postal Service. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery to the APO/FPO box.See our Shipping page for more information, but it normally takes anywhere from 3 to 7 business days for standard delivery. If you are interested in express shipping, we offer express shipping for an additional charge (for more information, click here to see our shipping chart). To ensure on time delivery, order early and beat the Halloween rush.
I can't find the costume or item I'm looking for. What should I do?
We have over 100 costumes to choose from - including lots of new styles, and many designed exclusively by us. Can I have oversized items shipped express?
Yes. If you ordered an oversized item and select the 4-Day, 2-Day, or Overnight shipping option, a $5.75 "oversized item" shipping charge will be added to your shipping total for each item. Oversized items are shown with a truck symbol next to the price on the Web.After you submit your order through our Web site you'll receive an e-mail with your order confirmation number. You can click on the order confirmation number to view your entire order.
